How much does shipping cost?

Here at HANGEASE we offer free shipping with all purchases.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our products out of our business in South East Queensland.

How long does shipping take?

Our typical dispatch times are 1-3 business days, at which point you will be provided with a tracking number. It can take a further 7 days after this before your item is received, depending on your location.

Can I track my delivery?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have provided an incorrect address. In the event your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address, however we can make no guarantees and will not grant refunds for this reason.
